We are a local team, working with Year 11 and Year 12 Western Australian students and their teachers. While our subject content has a focus on ATAR subjects in Science and Mathematics, our general study guides and tips are for everyone.
Damien came from an engineering background to teach Physics. 10 years of teaching experience helps him to direct students away from common misconceptions, putting his students on the right path from the very beginning. He is enthusiastic about explicit instruction in active study and flipped classroom pedagogy.
With over 10 years of experience teaching Human Biology and a background in the field of Physiotherapy, Kaitlyn enjoys imparting her knowledge of anatomy and physiology on to her students.
Phil has more than 15 years of experience teaching in Germany and Australia. He is passionate about the use of technology to improve student understanding in Chemistry, and strongly believes that improvement will always come through plenty of practice.
Paul is a passionate mathematics teacher who thrives on seeing the “penny drop” in his student’s eyes, and has done so for over 10 years. He loves the marriage of technology with the learning of mathematics, has developed a spreadsheet for recording sports carnival results that is used in schools around the country, and loves a good game of chess.
Matthew was born and grew up in regional Western Australia. He traded his former life as a civil engineer for Mathematics and Physics teaching. He has a passion for technology and particularly enjoys working with students aiming for entry to interesting and challenging endeavours following high school.
